Your next step 20 minutes

Explore two career paths

Write down what interests you about each one. You don't have to choose yet.

After that, when you’re ready

Talk to someone working in a field that interests you

Your plan starts with your own answers. This example shows what a next step could look like.

You don’t need to figure
everything out at once.

Start with what’s happening now. Unstuck helps you turn a big, uncertain feeling into something you can work on.

  1. 1

    Say what’s on your mind.

A few words are enough. Explore what feels stuck without needing a perfectly formed goal.

  2. 2

    Choose where to begin.

Find one focus and a direction that matters to you, with room for your time and energy.

  3. 3

    Take a step. Then another.

Save your direction, build a plan, and return to your workspace to track tasks and review your progress.

You’re not the only one figuring it out.

“Hey, I’m Daniel. I’ve felt stuck in my career and struggled to move on from a past relationship. I built Unstuck around the idea that we can begin with one small step.”
